ISO & QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS PROGRAMS
ISO 15189:2022 Medical Laboratory Quality and Competence Implementation Program
This program equips medical laboratory professionals with the knowledge and practical skills to implement, maintain, and continually improve a Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with ISO 15189:2022. Participants will gain a deep understanding of the standard’s requirements, covering both quality and technical competence, enabling laboratories to achieve and sustain accreditation from recognized national and international bodies.
ISO 35001:2019 Biorisk Management Systems Implementation Program
This specialized program provides organizations working with biological agents and toxins with a systematic framework for managing biosafety and biosecurity risks. Participants will learn to implement, operate, and continually improve a Biorisk Management System (BRMS) in compliance with ISO 35001:2019, safeguarding personnel, communities, and the environment.
ISO 19011:2018 Internal Auditor Certification Program Based on ISO 15189:2022
This certification program provides participants with the auditing competencies required to plan, conduct, and report on management system internal audits based on ISO 15189:2022 in accordance with ISO 19011:2018. The program combines theoretical instruction with practical audit simulations, producing skilled, confident auditors capable of adding real value to any management system.
Internal Quality Control Systems Advanced Course (IQC)
An advanced course that deepens participants’ understanding of Internal Quality Control in laboratory settings. Participants learn to design, implement, and monitor IQC systems using statistical methods, rules, and decision frameworks to detect errors and assure the reliability of laboratory results.
External Quality Assurance Systems Advanced Course (EQA)
This advanced course provides laboratory professionals with a thorough understanding of External Quality Assurance programs, including their role in monitoring laboratory performance, driving improvement, and meeting accreditation requirements. Participants learn to interpret EQA results, investigate poor performance, and implement corrective actions.
Method Validation and Verification in Laboratory Practice Program
This program provides laboratory professionals with a structured, standards-based approach to validating new methods and verifying established methods before clinical implementation. Participants learn to design validation studies, analyze data, and document results in compliance with international guidelines.
Measurement Uncertainty Estimation in Laboratory Testing Program
This program equips laboratory professionals with the theoretical understanding and practical skills to estimate, report, and apply measurement uncertainty (MU) in clinical and analytical laboratory testing, in compliance with ISO 15189:2022 and ISO/IEC Guide 98-3 (GUM).
Pre-Examination Quality Assurance and Sample Management Program
This program addresses the critical pre-analytical phase of laboratory testing, which is responsible for the majority of laboratory errors. Participants learn to design, monitor, and improve pre-examination processes to ensure sample integrity, reduce errors, and safeguard patient safety.
Infectious Substances Handling and Transport Certification Program (IATA-Aligned)
This certification program prepares personnel for the safe and compliant handling, packaging, and transport of infectious substances and diagnostic specimens, fully aligned with IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR) and WHO guidelines. Participants gain the knowledge required to meet regulatory obligations and protect public health.
Outbreak Preparedness and Emergency Response Management Program
This program prepares health and laboratory professionals to plan for, detect, respond to, and recover from infectious disease outbreaks and public health emergencies. Grounded in WHO Health Emergencies frameworks and the International Health Regulations (IHR 2005), participants develop operational skills for rapid response and coordination.
Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) Compliance Program
This program provides a thorough grounding in Good Manufacturing Practices as applied in pharmaceutical, biomedical, and medical device manufacturing contexts. Participants learn to implement and audit GMP systems that assure product quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Good Clinical Practice (GCP) Compliance Program
This program equips participants with a comprehensive understanding of Good Clinical Practice principles and requirements for the ethical conduct of clinical trials. Based on ICH E6(R2) guidelines, participants learn to protect trial participants, ensure data integrity, and meet regulatory requirements.
Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) Compliance Program
This program provides comprehensive training in Good Laboratory Practice standards as applied in non-clinical safety studies. Participants learn the organizational processes and conditions required to ensure the quality, integrity, and traceability of non-clinical research data in compliance with OECD GLP Principles.
Good Clinical and Laboratory Practice (GCLP) Compliance Program
This integrated program addresses the combined requirements of Good Clinical Practice and Good Laboratory Practice as they apply to laboratories that support clinical trials. Participants learn to implement GCLP systems that safeguard the quality, integrity, and regulatory compliance of laboratory data generated within clinical research contexts.

TECHNICAL LABORATORY COMPETENCY PROGRAMS
Peripheral Blood Film Preparation and Interpretation Competency Program
This competency-based program develops participants’ proficiency in the preparation, staining, and systematic microscopic interpretation of peripheral blood films. Emphasizing both technical accuracy and clinical relevance, the program equips participants to recognize normal and abnormal morphological findings and correlate them with clinical presentations.
Antimicrobial Susceptibility Testing (AST) Competency Program
This program develops comprehensive competency in the performance, interpretation, and quality assurance of Antimicrobial Susceptibility Testing. Participants apply CLSI, EUCAST, and WHO guidelines to ensure reliable, clinically relevant susceptibility results that support antimicrobial stewardship.
Malaria Microscopy Competency Program
A rigorous competency-based program that develops and certifies proficiency in malaria microscopy for diagnosis, species identification, parasite density estimation, and quality assurance. Aligned with WHO malaria microscopy standards, this program is ideal for national malaria control programs and clinical laboratories.
Microbiology Culture and Antimicrobial Sensitivity Program
